Delete your Nexdo account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, right from the app. Here's how, and exactly what happens.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Nexdo and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap your profile card at the top to open Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete account. Your data is removed and you're signed out.

This is permanent and can't be undone. It deletes your account on every device, not just the one you're holding.

What gets deleted

Deleted right away

  • All your tasks, steps, notes and AI context
  • Your whole Assistant conversation
  • Every photo, voice note and document you attached
  • Feedback you sent from the app, and any screenshots with it
  • Your account: name, email address, profile photo and sign-in details

Good to know

  • Encrypted backups kept by our providers expire after a short period, then the data is gone for good.
  • Usage analytics (which never include what your tasks say) can stay linked to your account ID for a limited time — email us and we'll delete those too.
  • Messages sent through the website's feedback or contact form aren't linked to an account — email us if you'd like one deleted.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel a Nexdo Pro subscription — the App Store or Google Play bills it, so cancel it in your subscriptions there first. The store keeps its own purchase records.
  • The counts of what your account used of its monthly AI allowance (numbers only) are deleted within three months.
  • Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Only want to remove some things? You can delete individual tasks, or clear your Assistant conversation from Settings → AI Inbox → Clear chat history, without closing your account.

Can't get into the app?

Email us from the address on your Nexdo account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm the request is really from you, delete your account and data, and let you know when it's done — within 30 days at the latest.
